Fur Elite is a complete pet grooming salon on wheels, designed to offer the customer high quality grooming in a loving environment with unsurpassed customer service and focus on the well-being of your pet. Our mobile salon is state-of-the-art, fully equipped modern van with all the amenities of a traditional pet salon—minus the stress and hassle. We use top of the line all natural products, chosen carefully and specifically for your pet’s coat and skin type. We also use the latest equipment, products and methods to ensure your pet receives the most comfortable, highest quality groom with long lasting results. Our goal is to make the grooming experience as pleasant as possible for your pet and to deliver the quality you desire. We believe that any pet professional's first and top priority is the safety and well-being of the pets in our care. In support of that belief, we are Red Cross certified in Pet CPR/First Aid and routinely attend continuing education seminars and courses. Fur Elite was established in 2004 by Dawn Hitt-Wilken who is the owner, operator and groomer. Dawn graduated with honors from Texas AllBreed Grooming School in Arlington, Texas, where she trained intensively under a veteran show and pet groomer. At Fur Elite, we believe that each pet deserves to be treated with the same love and respect we give our own pets. We are firmly committed to quality, customer service and the health and safety of your pet. We also believe in giving back to the community. Dawn serves as an appointed member of the Georgetown Animal Shelter Advisory Board to the City Council. Fur Elite also provides pro-bono grooming services to the Georgetown Animal Shelter and is involved with the Georgetown Animal Outreach organization. |
